I encourage my clients to use bone broth, either as a daily drink or use it in cooking as you would a stock cube but ideally both! I have seen some excellent results in my client’s health issues when they use bone broth.
I make batches for clients when they have been too busy to make it themselves and now, due to demand, I have decided to market it beyond just my clients.
I create beef and chicken bone broth using grass-fed bones from environmentally responsible farms. My beef and chicken broths are slow cooked for at least 24 hours using traditional recipes. My broth's unique texture makes it easily drinkable as a daily tonic. I freeze the broth in ice trays and then add an ice cube to a mug filled with boiling water. I find lemon juice added to the broth is a game changer! I also use the broth in soups, casseroles, and pasta dishes. One of my favourite ways to enjoy the broth is in a bowl with a chopped red chilli, ginger and fresh coriander. It is sugar, salt and gluten-free, very low in calories and high in protein.
My vegan broth is made from seaweed, dried and fresh shiitake mushrooms, kale, spinach, ginger, garlic, turmeric and fresh herbs.
