When you arrange a 1:1 consultation whether it be face to face or via Skype, I will do an assessment of where you are. This will include talking through your medical history, likes and dislikes, your lifestyle, sleep habits, and exercise. Depending on your reasons for seeing me, whether it be a one-off appointment where I can suggest some slight changes to your diet, or whether you need my support for a longer period, we can put together an eating plan for you. There is no ‘one size fits all’ quick fix. I consider it very important to make sure I make changes to your diet that fit with your lifestyle.
